Ingredientes:
- 500ml de bebida de Almendra Natur All.
- 175g de anacardos.
- 250g de pimientos asados.
- 1 diente de ajo.
- Una pizca de sal.
- Tu pasta favorita.
Preparación:
- Pelar y picar el ajo y cocerlo con los pimientos.
- Cocer la pasta.
- Poner los pimientos con el ajo, los anacardos, la bebida de almendra y la sal en una batidora. Triturar hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
- Cocer junto con la pasta en una olla.
