Ingrédients:

  • 2 paquets d'oreo
  • 300ml de boisson d'avoine Natur All
  • 2 cuillères à café de levure chimique
  • 200g de chocolat végétalien

Préparation:

  • Préchauffer le four à 200°C.
  • Écrasez les oreos (laissez 3-4 biscuits pour la décoration).
  • Ajouter la boisson d'avoine et la levure chimique, et mélanger le tout.
  • Verser le mélange dans un moule préalablement huilé.
  • Enfourner pour 20 minutes à 200°C.
  • Faire fondre le chocolat au micro-ondes par intervalles de 30 secondes.
  • Lorsque le gâteau a refroidi, trempe-le dans le chocolat et décore-le avec l'oreo que nous avons laissé au début.
