Ingredientes:
- 250ml de bebida de soja Natur All
- 240g de harina
- 70g de cacao puro desgrasado en polvo
- 200g de azúcar moreno
- 1 cucharadita de levadura en polvo
- 70ml de aceite de girasol
- 1 pizca de esencia de vainilla
- 1 puñado de pepitas de chocolate
- 1 puñado de nueces
Preparación:
- Precalentar el horno a 200Cº.
- Tamizar la harina y el cacao en un bol.
- Añadir el azúcar, la levadura en polvo y la sal. Mezclar muy bien.
- Mezclar la bebida de soja con el aceite y el extracto de vainilla. Verter en la mezcla anterior y mezclar bien hasta obtener una masa homogénea.
- Añadir las pepitas de chocolate y las nueces.
- Poner la mezcla en una fuente de horno y hornear a 190Cº durante 25 minutos.
