Ingredientes: 

  • 1/3 taza de bebida ecológica de arroz
  • 2 tazas de harina
  • 1 taza de azúcar
  • 2 cucharaditas de levadura en polvo
  • 1/4 cucharadita de sal
  • 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
  • 1/3 taza de zumo de limón
  • ralladura de 1 limón grande
  • 1/2 taza de mantequilla vegana derretida

Preparación:

  • Precalentar el horno a 180Cº.
  • Mezclar todos los ingredientes secos en un bol (harina, azúcar, levadura en polvo, sal).
  • Mezclar todos los ingredientes húmedos en otro bol (mantequilla vegana derretida, zumo de limón, extracto de vainilla, bebida de arroz, ralladura de limón).
  • Unir todo y mezclar.
  • Ponerlo en un molde engrasado y hornear durante 50-60 minutos.
