Ingredientes:

  • 2 paquetes de oreo
  • 300ml de bebida de avena Natur All
  • 2 cucharaditas de levadura en polvo
  • 200g de chocolate vegano

Preparación:

  • Precalentar el horno a 200Cº.
  • Triturar las oreos (dejar 3-4 galletas para decorar).
  • Añade la bebida de avena y la levadura en polvo, y mézclalo todo.
  • Verter la mezcla en un molde previamente engrasado.
  • Meter en el horno durante 20 minutos a 200Cº.
  • Derretir el chocolate en el microondas en intervalos de 30 segundos.
  • Cuando el bizcocho se haya enfriado, bañarlo en el chocolate y decorarlo con las oreo que dejamos al principio.
