Ingrédients:
- 200 ml de boisson Natur All Just Oat
- 250g d'asperges vertes
- 6 champignons coupés en tranches
- 1/4 d'oignon coupé en julienne
- 3 cuillères à soupe de farine d'avoine
- Sel et poivre du moulin au goût
- 100 g de fromage végétalien (facultatif)
Préparation:
- Mettre une poêle sur le feu sans huile avec les champignons et une pincée de sel.
- Ajouter 3 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive extra vierge, l'oignon et faire revenir pendant 5 minutes.
- Ajouter la farine et faire cuire en remuant constamment pendant 3-4 minutes. Baissez le feu et versez la boisson d'avoine préalablement chauffée avec un peu de sel et de poivre. Remuez pendant que la préparation s'épaissit et dans 7 à 8 minutes, le mélange sera prêt.
- Laver les asperges et les placer sur un plateau. Les recouvrir de la sauce béchamel aux champignons.
- (Facultatif) Ajouter du fromage sur le dessus.
- Cuire au four pendant 10 minutes à 200ºC et griller pendant 3-4 minutes dans la partie supérieure du four.
