Ingredientes:
- 200ml de bebida de avena Natur All
- 250g de espárragos verdes
- 6 champiñones cortados en láminas
- 1/4 de cebolla cortada en juliana
- 3 cucharadas de harina de avena
- Sal y pimienta al gusto
- 100g de queso vegano (opcional)
Preparación:
- Poner una sartén al fuego sin aceite con las setas y una pizca de sal.
- Añadir 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra, la cebolla y sofríe durante 5 minutos.
- Añadir la harina y cocinar, removiendo constantemente, durante 3-4 minutos. Bajar el fuego y verter la bebida de avena previamente calentada con un poco de sal y pimienta. Remover mientras espesa y en 7-8 minutos estará listo.
- Lava los espárragos y ponlos en una bandeja. Cúbrelos con la bechamel de champiñones.
- (Opcional) Añade queso por encima.
- Hornear durante 10 minutos a 200ºC y gratinar durante 3-4 minutos en la parte superior del horno.
